Global Martech Awards event #TMW100 Awards calls on Martech innovators globally to showcase their solutions for a chance to get global recognition. Applications for the expanded awards event close on August 31.
TMW100, an international awards ceremony that sees the world’s most innovative marketing technology companies vie for global recognition and acclaim based on merit, is set for a second iteration. The ceremony, organized by The Martech Weekly, shortlists the top 100 Martech companies from its applications for presentation at the Martech World Forum in November 2024 in London.
TMW 100’s top three winners will get to present their technology before over 500 senior, brand-side marketing technologists and accept their awards. Last year, CustomerLabs (India), Desygner (Australia), and Rebid (India) came away with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, respectively.
This time, however, TMW100 is raising its stakes as it continues its search for the world’s biggest innovators in the marketing technology industry.
TMW100 Expands to Include More Martech Categories
In only its second year, the Global Martech awards event TMW100 looks set to attract more Martech innovators and entrepreneurs worldwide. That’s partly due to an enhanced awards ceremony that now includes award category winners.
This year’s ceremony will award category winners in Advertising & Promotion, Content Management Systems, Commerce & Sales, Content & Experience, Data & Analytics, Social & Relationships, and Web/Mobile App.
Per the event’s judges, a panel of high-profile market experts from all major world regions – Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, Africa, and MENA – will assess submissions towards a top 100 shortlist. According to TMW100 2024’s organizers, each judge will receive a “randomized” allotment of applications towards selecting their top three innovative businesses. Furthermore, the “global marketing public”, organizers say, will decide on the final rankings within the top 100.
The event remarkably levels the playing field of the global Martech industry as competitors from Tier 2 or Tier 3 countries now enjoy a fairer chance of competing against major brands, regardless of their ad budget. Kush Loothra, Vice President of Rebid, which placed third in the maiden edition, said his organization experienced “remarkable client growth” in the 12 months following the event.
Interested applicants can submit applications at themarketweekly.com with an application fee of US$799 by August 31 for a chance to earn global acclaim alongside the financial fortunes the award may bring. Meanwhile, five percent of all proceeds from TMW100 will go as a donation to Rest of World – a nonprofit organization championing on-the-ground reporting of tech stories beyond the Western bubble.
